How long will
it take for my vehicle to be delivered?
| |
Due to the
fact that we provide a DIRECT
transport; your transit time is only estimated in between 5 - 8
business days depending on your route. Since your vehicle is loaded on
one truck and stays with the same driver the entire transport, your
vehicle will be safely transported and will arrive faster than you
expected. Do keep in mind that delays may occur due to bad weather,
traffic, or unavailable customers

Do I have to
take my car any where or will you pick it up at my exact location?
| |
We provide a DOOR TO DOOR transport, meaning your
vehicle will be
picked up and delivered to the addresses provided to us. The only time
we will use a terminal or storage facility would only be at the
customers request.

| |
How much
notice should I give prior to booking?
| |
Most customers will want their car shipped the
next day. With our
expedited service we can have your vehicle picked up within 5
business days from your booking date. Want the cheapest rate, give us 2
weeks notice and we will provide you with our cheapest quote and still
have you moved on your requested dates. Inoperable vehicles are a
little harder to move. Give about 3 weeks of notice on inoperable
vehicles unless your estimator tells you otherwise.

What type of
payment do you accept?
| |
We take a small deposit that will secure your spot
on the vessel
with our driver. That payment is taken with any type of debit/credit
card over the phone. The remaining balance is a COD, which is paid to
the driver upon pick up or delivery. The method of payment is
paid
cash, money order, cashiers check or travelers check, any type of
certified payment.

If I cancel my
order, will I recieve a refund?
| |
Here with State 2 State auto transport we do not
steal money. We
feel if the service is not provided why should we keep your money? And
if you give us 7 business days notice prior to your pick up dates to
cancel, we will refund your entire deposit.

Is my vehicle
insured?
| |
Yes, your vehicle is insured from the time we pick
it up until the
time it is delivered, by cargo liability insurance, which has a zero
deductible to you as the customer, in the event of a transport damage
that may occur. Cargo liability insurance, however, does not cover Acts
of God, such as hail, tornados, hurricanes, etc., and therefore it is
recommended that you maintain coverage on your vehicle that would cover
damage occurring due to an Act of God.

Will my
vehicle be transported in an open or enclosed carrier?
| |
That is up to the customer's request. We have over
300 drivers that
deal with us exclusively and can offer either open or enclosed
services.
